Consider taking herbs or natural way of loosing weight for the result of this kind of weight loss is for longterm.Take Hoodia Gordonii or Green tea.Also weight loss don’t just deal with diet and exercise but also with how you think about the program, proper mindset and motivation. Keep on shape.

    Thank you Shayla…I will try your suggestion! Especially after reading the Doc’s article about 96% of the people that lose weight gain it back AND MORE!
    I just can’t go back there!
    A few other motivators that I do is get rid of ALL clothes, once I cannot wear them anymore…AND, (I know I shouldn’t do this) I keep the pictures (My ‘before’ pics- that snapped me into this) in my purse! I carry them everywhere with me.
    I do have a goal to get to 160lbs…Then I’m treating myself to a trip to Miami!
