I am writing to ask a question regarding schooling and the desire to LEARN ways to help our bodies stay healthy and help others also. I am a Registered Nurse – I have raised my children and now wish to Learn ways other than our ‘band-aid/crisis’ management of health care, and returning to the world of nursing/medicine the way it was and is -well, is ‘stressful’!
Problem is this: Where is there a REPUTABLE program to look into regarding naturopathy and herbal education?
Thank you for any help I can receive in this area!!
Sincerely a fan of good health,

Hello,
I have had acne for most of my life and was wondering if you could help me. I have heard through some internet sites/forums that taking supplemental Vitamin D3 and A can help decrease the amounts of sebum produced in the body, and help alleviate some of the problems associated with acne/ingrown hairs along the back of the neck. Is this true? If so, what is an appropriate amount to take daily? I am a male, 37 years old, 180 lbs.
