I am writing to ask a question regarding schooling and the desire to LEARN ways to help our bodies stay healthy and help others also. I am a Registered Nurse – I have raised my children and now wish to Learn ways other than our ‘band-aid/crisis’ management of health care, and returning to the world of nursing/medicine the way it was and is -well, is ‘stressful’!
Problem is this: Where is there a REPUTABLE program to look into regarding naturopathy and herbal education?

Duke and The Doctor , my question is what can I take from the help food store that will lower my blood presser ? the Doctor has put me on Lisnopril/HCTZ TABS my sister who is a this is bad for my health but what do i do ? Decatur Ga.
Doctor i been have Shingles for over 2week i still in pain i miss work . my question is how long the pain go aways ,i been miss work to.what can i take for pain.thank you doctor. my dr. put me on Valacyclovir did take pain and she’s put me on pain pill hydroco/apap 5-500m make me so sick. how can you help me doctor/

I am confused about osteoprotect and protect plus?
Can one take less tablets of the plus? How many do we need to take.

The recommendations for shingles are Lysine, Vita Logic Immune Formula, Natren Healthy Trinity and Curamin for the pain.
