I just waned to say to both of you that I am very grateful that you are on the radio and have a website as well.
You both are a blessing to share the head and heart knowledge that you have regarding the wellness of people as a whole. I absolutely love listening to both of you as I am learning and sharing with others and telling them to listen to you. Hello my two favorite people on earth.
Had a breast mammogram and ultra sound done. Doctor says I have two cysts in one breast. Doctor want to do surgery to see if they are cancerous. Is there any other way to have them removed besides the knife. What are your recommendations. Do you know any trust worthy doctors in Las Vegas NV. Nevada has the one of the worst health care system. In my office at work every one has a horror story about an experience they have had with a doctor here. I was in that colonoscopy care in 2008 where hundreds of people were infected with hepatitus C and other diseases here. I was blessed not to be infected. So I am afraid of going to the doctor now– even to get blood work. Thank you so much for your advice.
I take Women’s Master Blend. I feel that I need some herbs found in the Women’s Balance Pack but noticed that the Master Blend contains some of those herbs. Should I take both or is the Master Blend sufficient? I also take Prevagen and have found it to be very beneficial for my memory. Thank you both sooo much for your work. I live in Liberty MO and catch your radio program mid afternoons when I can. Just started and love you both. Last week I ended up having t total thyroidectomy…..because after a biopsy….it was found as papilary thyroid carsonoma (sorry about spelling). Now I am home with stitches and on a thyroid pill. Seeing a endroconoligist end of the month. I will ask what vitamins are best…but wondering what your thoughts are. I am 61 and had no signs or symptoms. Take BP meds (benicar 40/HCT) also. Any suggestions?

I’m an 85 yr old former nurse so am very interested in your healthful advices. I have tried to call but couldn’t get in so would like some info on preventing petechiae. They are on my arms mainly. Also, just had cataract surgery. Below my eyes are bags. I never noticed them before as I don’t think surgery may have been contributory. The last concern is my finger nails kind of peel.
I’m quite active and healthy. I take glucosamine,with chondroiten, glucosamine,
iron, and niacin. Any advice of change for them or any other meds.

Thank you for your show. I am a health minded person and do everything I can to stay that way. I listen to you in Tampa, FL, when ever I can and feel there is someone on my side, everyone else things I am off the wall. At the age of 71, I am on no medications, walk every day and very active in my home. My daughter, Heidi, lives in Boston, MA and she would like to listen to you there. How can we find a station in the Boston area? Heidies daughter now 2 years old has cysts in the kidneys and liver. The doctors saying that she has cystic kidney disease but after all test, are not sure. This child is thriving, smart and healthy otherwise, with normal bloodpressure and urine. Before birth the ultra sound showed there were no signs of cysts. At six month of age after the normal vaccination and Tylenol for discomfort, the child came down with a urinary track infection (ecoli in urine). The doctor wanted to make sure non of the bacteria traveled to the kidneys and odered all kinds of test when they discovered the cyst. Now the cysts are still there without any change. Could it be just her normal anatomy or are the kidney and liver still trying to filter all the drugs she received so young. Just looking at that todler we see a healthy little human being, not like the children with cystic kidney disease. My daughter, now 40 years of age, would like to have another child. Both her and her husband had genetic testing. The child inherited her fathers deleted gene and a normal mutated gene from her mother. There are scared for their child and scared to have another. If this never happened, they would just go on with normal life. Is science that sure of things and why are there making such a big deal when they are not sure if the baby has the disease or not.
We would like to have your input on this. Your long time education and super common sence would give us some peace.

Osteopenia means less bone which leads to Osteoporosis which is bone loss. Bone is a living organ comprised of cells that build bone (osteoblasts) and others that destroy (osteoclasts) older bone. Dear Dr. I need to ask you about my brother he started taking Daily Extra, he is smoking for the last 20 years. Do you think he should stop taking these vitamins (Daily Extra)?
Also I need to know is it OK to take our suplement all together (Fish Oil, Kyolic, Daily Extra, Blood sugar folmula and Blood pressur folmula, CO Q 10. anti oxidant, anti inflammatory, cholesterol, vitamin D3?
Also I need to know is it OK to give Provagan for kids?

If your brother is a smoker he definitely should be taking the Daily Extra. It is fine to take all of the supplements together; they are natural supplements and will not hurt you. Prevagen can be taken by children.
